Salary pay is in the amount of $15,575.00 per year.

The Board of Assessment Review hears appeals of any property owner concerning the amount of his/her assessed valuation as determined by the Tax Assessor. Members are appointed by the Town Board. The successful candidate will work an average of 8 hours per and must attend a training in Elizabethtown. Preference will be given to applicants that are residents of St. Armand.
Salary pay is in the amount of $100.00 per year.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned, on behalf of the Town of St. Armand, New York, will accept sealed bids for Fuel Oil, Gas, Diesel and Propane. The bids shall be received by 12:00 pm on December 16, 2024. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud on December 17, 2024 at 5:30pm. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates under the contract.
The Town of St. Armand reserves the right to reject any and all bids not considered to be in the best interest of Essex County, and to waive any technical or formal defect in the bids which is considered by Essex County to be merely irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial.
In addition to bid sheets, the bidder shall submit executed non-collusion bid certificates signed by the bidder or one of its officers as required by the General Municipal Law Sec. 103d. The bidder shall also submit an executed certificate of compliance with the Iran Divestment Act signed by the bidder or one of its officers as required by the General Municipal Law Sec. 103g.
A Contract awarded pursuant to this notice shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 103-1, 103-b, 103- d and 103-g of the General Municipal Law.
