The purpose of the Zoning Committee will be to create a zoning Local Law for St. Armand.  The Zoning Local Law proposal will then be made available to the residents of St. Armand for their review.  We will then hold a Town Wide Vote to determine if the proposed Zoning Local Law should be adopted.  If you are interested in being on the Zoning Committee, please attend the meeting to be held on September 15th at 5:30 pm.  We expect this process could take up to 1 year, Zoning Committee meetings will be held monthly until the proposed Zoning Local Law has been completed.
