Bid Request: Fuel Oil, Gas, Diesel and Propane

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned, on behalf of the Town of St. Armand, New York, will accept sealed bids for Fuel Oil, Gas, Diesel and Propane. The bids shall be received by 12:00 pm on December 16, 2024. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud on December 17, 2024 at 5:30pm. If additional information concerning the bidding is required, please call (518) 891-3189 Ext. 1.

All bids submitted in response to this notice shall be addressed to Shauna Manning, Town Clerk, P.O. Box 338, 1702 NYS Route 3, Bloomingdale, NY 12913 and be marked “SEALED BID – Fuel Oil, Propane, Gasoline, and Diesel” clearly on the outside of the envelope. All bids shall be submitted on the bid sheets included in the package, and no other forms shall be accepted.

Specifications and standard proposals for the proposed work may be obtained at the above address, by calling 518-873-3332, or on the County’s website at www.co.essex.ny.us.

Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates under the contract.

The Town of St. Armand reserves the right to reject any and all bids not considered to be in the best interest of Essex County, and to waive any technical or formal defect in the bids which is considered by Essex County to be merely irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial.

In addition to bid sheets, the bidder shall submit executed non-collusion bid certificates signed by the bidder or one of its officers as required by the General Municipal Law Sec. 103d. The bidder shall also submit an executed certificate of compliance with the Iran Divestment Act signed by the bidder or one of its officers as required by the General Municipal Law Sec. 103g.

A Contract awarded pursuant to this notice shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 103-1, 103-b, 103- d and 103-g of the General Municipal Law.

Bid Request: Highway Garage Energy Improvements

Bids due by 5:00 pm on December 17th, 2024

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned, on behalf of the Town of St. Armand Board, will accept sealed bids at the Office of the Town Clerk until 5:00 PM on December 17, 2024, for the Highway Garage Energy Improvements. The bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud on December 17, 2024, at 6:00 PM. at the Town Hall, 1702 NYS Route 3, Bloomingdale NY 12913

It is the policy of the Town of St. Armand to encourage the greatest possible participation of minorities and women-owned business enterprises. The Contractor, by bidding on the contract acknowledges his/her understanding and support for this policy and pledges to fully cooperate with the Town of St. Armand in meeting the requirements as set forth in the Bidding and Contracting documents. All bids submitted in response to this notice shall be marked “BID – Highway Garage Energy Improvements” clearly on the outside of the envelope with the bidder’s name and address. In the event that the bids are not open due to unforeseen circumstances, the bid(s) will be opened the next business day that the Town Hall is open. The Bid Submission time will remain the same. The bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud on January 22, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. at the Town of St. Armand, PO Box 338, 1702 NYS Route 3, Bloomingdale, NY 12913.
