Bid Request #1: Cleaning of the St. Armand Town Hall

The Town of St. Armand is requesting Bids for cleaning of the Town Hall.

Bid Request:

The bid for cleaning will be for the following actions:

Bi-weekly cleaning of the St. Armand Town Hall.
Empty trash cans in all offices.
Clean 2 bathrooms.
Sweep and mop all floors, including office floors.
Additionally: twice per year, for an additional fee, clear cobwebs from walls and ceilings of each room and exterior front and rear of the building.

The Town will provide all of the cleaning supplies and materials.

Contact the Town Supervisor Davina Thurston at 518-891-3189 ext. 1 if you would like to set up a time to do an in person inspection.

Submit Bids:

Bids must be received by September 16, 2024 at 3 pm. Bids will be opened on September 16, 2024 at 3:05 pm.

Bid Request #2: Installation of a New Drainage System to the back side of the St. Armand Town Hall

The Town of St. Armand is requesting Bids for installation of a new drainage system to the back side of the Town Hall.

Bid Request:

The Town Hall basement floods during heavy rain events and during spring snow melt.

The bid for installation of the new drainage system will be based upon the following actions:

The bidder will dig down the back side of the Town Hall, install proper drainage materials, including a thick rubber bladder/pond liner material, 4 inch perforated pipe and stones.

The bid may be for labor only, with the Town purchasing necessary materials as required by the contractor.
