Town of St. Armand Water and Sewer Bill Online Payments

The Town of St. Armand now offers the option for residents to pay their Water and Sewer Bill online via GovPayNow/AllPaid. Please read the following notice about online payments:

**There is a service fee of 2.95% or a minimum of $1.00 is assessed with each successful transaction. An additional fee of $2.50 is assessed when using AllPaid Call Center to make payments.  It is a non-refundable amount assessed to each transaction amount.  Allpaid retains the service fee as a result of using the service. This fee DOES NOT go to the Town of St. Armand.**
